Phillip Nahas

Managing Partner, Chief Executive Officer

  • Phillip Nahas is the Founder and CEO of Tahoma Capital Partners. Since its inception in 2022, he has spearheaded capital raising and the acquisition of over 1,200 units totaling over $330 million.

    Prior to his role at Tahoma, Phil founded Oak Coast Properties, a venture that acquired over 9,000 units totaling $1.45 billion from 2012 to 2021. With an impressive track record, Oak Coast Properties expanded its operations across multiple states, becoming one of the largest non-institutional multi-family owners in Denver.

    Phil began investing in multi-family properties in 2010 with the purchase of his first triplex. Embarking on this endeavor, he personally oversaw the acquisition, financing, renovation, leasing, and management of the property, learning the business organically from the ground up. After personally acquiring over 200 units in and around Los Angeles in 2012, Phil founded Oak Coast Properties, expanding its operations across multiple states, including Northern California, Washington, Georgia, Texas, Utah, and Colorado.

    Before founding Oak Coast Properties, Phil served as Principal of a boutique retail development company, where he redeveloped shopping centers for national tenants.

    Phil holds a degree in Business Finance from the University of Southern California.

Roy Kim

Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer

  • Roy Kim brings a wealth of experience in acquisitions, financing and portfolio management to Tahoma Capital Partners. Since joining Tahoma Capital Partners, Roy has led the acquisition of over $300 million worth of multi-family assets.

    Previously, as Principal at Oak Coast Properties, Roy led the oversight of asset management and acquisition/disposition activities for 15,432 units, totaling $2.4 billion in transaction volume.

    Before his tenure at Oak Coast Properties, Roy played a pivotal role at KCB Real Estate Management, a family office fund, where he spearheaded acquisitions and portfolio management efforts. During his tenure, Roy contributed to the acquisition of over $170 million in real estate assets and managed a portfolio exceeding $900 million.

    Prior to his roles in real estate, Roy was as an auditor at KPMG and later transitioned into investment banking, where he held positions at Jefferies & Company and Cappello Capital. Throughout his tenure in investment banking, Roy successfully closed over $600 million in equity, debt, and M&A transactions.

    Roy holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Finance and Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Arielle Lee

Partner

  • As a Partner at Tahoma Capital Partners, Arielle manages a multi-family asset portfolio exceeding $1 billion and oversees acquisition and disposition closings, and specialized forms of capital transactions, including exchanges, refinances, and recapitalizations. Since starting her career in the real estate industry in 2014 at Oak Coast Properties, Arielle has facilitated over $2.7 billion in transactions of multi-family assets totaling 10,400+ units. She is also responsible for managing investor relations of more than 500 investment accounts owned by 100+ investors.

    Prior to Tahoma Capital Partners and Oak Coast Properties, Arielle worked at investment banking groups, including Cappello Capital and Ocean Park Advisors, where she was involved in capital raises for private multifamily real estate funds, NPA portfolio dispositions by national banks, as well as the restructuring and subsequent $100 million sale of one of the nation’s largest bio refineries. She also performed valuation advisory and consulting for renowned companies such as US Airways and the second largest biodiesel plant / terminal operator in the Pacific Northwest.

    Academically, Arielle graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
